You've heard of the Harvey Wallbanger. Well, it's popularity is on the rise. Here are a couple of recipes for you courtesy of Cooks.com. Enjoy. Harvey Wallbanger - The Drink Harvey Wallbanger - The Cake Empty a package of 2-layer-size orange cake mix and a 3 3/4 ounce packet of instant vanilla pudding mix into a large bowl. Blend in four eggs, half a cup of cooking oil, half a cup of Liquore Galliano, and a Harvey Wallbanger (without the ice). (Tradition is that you make two Harvey Wallbangers, one for the cake and one for yourself.) Cake Glaze Combine a cup of sifted powdered sugar, a tablespoon of vodka and a tablespoon of Galliano into a bowl. Blend together and you have it.

To make Harvey (America's most popular new drink), just pour 6 ounces of orange juice over ice, add an ounce of vodka, and stir. Then as the piece de resistance, float half an ounce of Liquore Galliano on top. Make a pitcherful and you're ready for a party.
Keep mixing until the contents of the bowl are smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Or use 2 (9-inch) cake pans and bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove to a rack and pour on glaze while the cake is till warm.
